Standardized Global Testing Protocols

  • Kinematic Viscosity: At FLONEX, viscosity is rigorously validated at both 40°C and 100°C to ensure that the resulting Viscosity Index (VI) sustains a durable and reliable protective film, enabling consistent lubrication across cold-start scenarios and prolonged operation under extreme thermal stress.
  • Flash Point Analysis: We determine the exact thermal threshold of our oils to guarantee operational safety and resistance to vaporization in high-speed, high-load industrial environments.
  • Low-Temp Pumpability (Pour Point): We ensure that DEEMOIL remains fluid for instant lubrication during cold starts, preventing the 75% of engine wear that typically occurs in the first 60 seconds of operation.
  • TBN/TAN Titration (Total Base/Acid Number): We measure the alkaline reserve of our oils to ensure they can neutralize corrosive acids. This is critical for extending oil-drain intervals and protecting internal engine components from chemical pitting.
  • ICP Elemental Spectroscopy: Using light-based molecular analysis, we monitor additive concentrations (Zinc, Phosphorus, Calcium) to ensure the chemical balance perfectly matches our proprietary “Nano Ceramic” blueprint.
  • Worked Penetration: FLONEX greases are tested for consistency to ensure proper lubrication retention and reliable performance under varying mechanical loads.
  • Dropping Point: Verifies high-temperature stability to ensure the grease matrix maintains its structure and protective properties under extreme operating conditions.
